Zach Heard

Zach Heard, a native of the Dallas area, brings his 8+ years of experience in real estate to the Carroll/Eltis Group. Prior to making the switch to residential real estate, Zach spent 5 years on the commercial side specializing in multi-family sales and retail leasing

Growing up in a real estate family, Zach was constantly learning about the business. His family has been developing residential land tracts around the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex for nearly 30 years which helped catapult his career in real estate. The residential real estate background has helped Zach provide valuable knowledge and insight to his clients on their purchases, sales or rentals. Zach strives to go above and beyond his clients’ expectations and to make each transaction go as smooth as possible.

Zach spent his college days at East Texas Baptist University where he played basketball for a year before transferring to Texas State University and then later to the University of North Texas. At UNT, Zach was involved with numerous student groups including, the Student Investment Group, the Real Estate Club and North Texas Exes. Zach graduated in 2006 with a degree in Finance.

When Zach isn’t working, you can find him hanging out with family and friends, attending the Village Church, being on the lake or playing a round of golf.
