Aaron Carroll

Aaron Carroll has quickly become one of the top producers of Dallas real estate with his team sales of over $400 million since starting in June of 2011. Consistently being voted D Magazine's Best Realtor/Top Producer and winning Modern Luxury's Dallas Real Estate Award as a Top Producer, Aaron Carroll has now become a house hold name for Luxury Real Estate in Dallas/Park Cities. His success comes from an incredible work ethic, endless professional connections, creative marketing tactics, and the ability to connect with his clients and their needs.

Aaron entered the real estate industry after working 3 years at a marketing firm in Dallas where he took his first job when he graduated with honors at Texas Christian University. Once at Allie Beth Allman & Associates, he teamed up with his business partner, Blake Eltis, to create the Carroll/Eltis Group. After their first year, they had already stamped their place as one of the top producing teams in Dallas real estate and never looked back.

Blake Eltis, a North Dallas native, has been selling Residential Real Estate in Dallas for over ten years. While studying Corporate Communications and Business Administration at University of Texas, Blake obtained his Real Estate license his sophomore year of college. He immediately joined a start-up real estate company in Austin, until graduating and delving into the Dallas market.

It’s hard to beat Blake's energy and natural drive. He is a hands-on realtor that follows the transaction from start to finish. Blake reassures buyers that they will get what they want. D Magazine named Blake one of the "Best Real Estate Agents." Blake started the Carroll/Eltis Real Estate Group with his business partner, Aaron Carroll, and has led the Carroll/Eltis Group to become a Level One Pinnacle Producer Group.

Along with Blake's business success, he finds time to heavily involve himself in the community. He serves on many charity organization boards and is the co-chair of the North Dallas and Park Cities MLS. He is active in the Dallas chapter or Texas Exes, Lee Park Junior Conservancy, and Dallas Regional Chamber.

When Blake isn’t working, you can find him hanging out with family and friends, traveling to his favorite hot spots, or soaking up the sun on the lake.

Kate Kirtley
Licensed Assistant

Kate Kirtley is a DFW native growing up in Fort Worth. She attended the University of Alabama where she graduated with a BA in Business and Journalism. After graduating, she moved back to DFW where she was an Account Executive for a local Dallas advertising company. Through friends and her Dallas connections, she found her passion in real estate. She joined the Carroll Eltis Group of Allie Beth Allman in the fall of 2017. Besides real estate, her other passion is food. You can find her fun foodie Instagram page at @what_kate_ate_

Kelly Morgan

Kelly Morgan has over 10 years of sales and real estate valuation experience.  She grew up in Colorado and graduated with a Finance degree from the University of Florida.  Kelly started her career in corporate real estate valuation in Atlanta and then moved to Dallas to work in medical device sales, where she has resided for the past 8 years.  

Kelly’s passion for real estate and love of sales brought her to residential real estate.  Her knowledge of finance and value analysis as well as her marketing and negotiation strategies create a unique skill set that brings great value to her clients throughout the real estate transaction.  Kelly’s commitment to understanding the local market paired with her integrity, hard-working personality, and dedication to meeting her client’s real estate needs are evident every step of the way during and long after the home buying and selling experience.

Dallas has quickly become home for Kelly.  She and her husband, Cole, live in Greenway Crest with their two beautiful children, Myles June and Duke, and their cockapoo Molly.  Outside of family and career, Kelly dedicates her time to Christ the King, Dec My Room, and keeping an active lifestyle.

Lindsey Bradley Malloy

After graduating from University of Texas, Lindsey Bradley Malloy started her successful real estate career in 2012. She quickly found her passion for connecting her clients to their dream homes in Dallas. She has earned Top Producer and D Magazine's Best Realtor several years.

Recognized for her knowledge and expertise in the Dallas real estate market, Lindsey specializes in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Midway Hollow, M-Strees/Lakewood, Uptown, and Devonshire where she and her husband, George, reside. Lindsey attributes her success in real estate to the personal commitment she gives to each and every client.

She recently joined The Carroll/Eltis Group of Allie Beth Allman & Associates which has sold over $350mil in residential real estate since forming their group.  As a team, their unmatched work ethic, innovative approach to marketing, and strong networking abilities allows Lindsey to better serve her clients to find homes prior to hitting the market and get top dollar when selling their home.

Catalina Sada

Catalina Sada has been working in Real Estate since 2004 in Monterrey, Mexico. Together, with her family and Hines Property Management, she helped develop and sell one of the first mixed-use projects in the heart of the city, called Punto Central. This project was a huge success selling every one of the 92 apartments in 3 months

Catalina has been living in Dallas for 7 years residing in the highly affluent Highland Park. In 2013 she started her own Juice Business in Monterrey and Mexico City. Blendr Juicery has 4 locations and also distributes juices to the major supermarkets in the area. At the same time she started the first Kombucha business in Mexico, partnering with HolyKombucha USA.

Catalina has taken the Dallas real estate market by storm selling over $9mil her freshman year.  She recently joined The Carroll Eltis Group of Allie Beth Allman & Associates where she can utilize their innovative approach to marketing and network to better serve her clients.
